Together we will break down handstands through alignment, body mechanics, breath, nervous system awareness, and intentional movement patterns that help you build from the ground up. Whether you are brand new to inversions or refining your practice, this experience will meet you where you are.
In this workshop you will explore:

• Core activation and shoulder stability
• Hip positioning and full-body integration
• Breathwork to create focus and calm under pressure
• Drills, partner work, and progressions for all levels
• Mindset tools to move through fear and build trust in yourself
