Five nights at two private, side-by-side villas on the Costa Rican coast — fully staffed, all-inclusive, open bar and all. Laundry is taken care of every other day, so you can pack light and always have fresh yoga gear ready. The kind of getaway where you truly unplug, breathe salt air, move your body, and remember what it feels like to be fully present.
Latricia and Carrie bring 35+ years of combined teaching experience to this retreat, and they share one simple belief: movement should feel joyful. So they've built this retreat around a thoughtful blend of creative flow, barre, restorative yoga, and meditation — designed to meet you exactly where you are. No pressure. Just intention, community, and the Pura Vida spirit Costa Rica is known for: simplicity, gratitude, and joy.

Two Villas. One View.
Villa Puesta Del Sol is our main house — 9 bedrooms and 11 baths, newly renovated, with sweeping ocean views and our shared gathering spaces. Every single bedroom has its own full, private bathroom — no sharing a bathroom down the hall.
Villa Puerto Escondido is just next door — a 4-bedroom, 5-bath villa with its own private pool and some of the best sunset views over Papagayo Bay, and the same private-bathroom-per-bedroom setup. Home to our facilitators and a lucky few guests.

Quad Share
$2,600/person
Four guests per room, split into two pairs. Each pair shares one bed. Our most budget-friendly option — best for couples or close friends comfortable bed-sharing.
Double, Shared Bed
$2,950/person
Two guests, one room, one bed (king or queen). Our standard shared option.
Twin-Share, Separate Beds
$3,150/person
Two guests, one room, but each has their own bed. Same room, not the same mattress. Only 4 spots available — book early.
Private Room
$4,350/person
One guest, one room, entirely yours. No roommate, no shared bed, total privacy. Limited availability.
What’s Included

Five nights across two private, side-by-side villas — Villa Puesta del Sol and Villa Puerto Escondido — in Ocotal, Costa Rica. Every bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom, daily housekeeping, and ocean views.

Three farm-to-table meals daily, prepared by a private chef using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Plus an open bar all day — fresh juices, smoothies, Costa Rican coffee, and a full bar. Dietary restrictions are fully accommodated; we'll collect yours before you arrive.

Daily curated MÖV programming led by Latricia and Carrie - a thoughtful blend of creative flow yoga, barre, restorative yoga, and meditation. All levels welcome.

Round-trip transfer between Liberia Airport (LIR) and the villas is included for guests traveling on the group's arrival day (January 29) and departure day (February 3).

Laundry is taken care of every other day — pack light and always have fresh yoga gear ready.

Gratuities for all villa staff are built directly into your retreat price. You never need to budget for or think about tipping.
What’s NOT Included

Each guest books and pays for their own flight to Liberia, Costa Rica (airport code: LIR). We recommend booking early for the best fares. Aim to arrive January 29 and depart February 3 or later.

Not required, but strongly recommended. Your deposit and flights are non-refundable, and a basic travel insurance policy protects your investment. We suggest shopping World Nomads or Allianz.

A professional spa can come directly to the villa — it's just not included in the base price. We'll share booking details closer to the retreat for anyone who'd like to add this on.

The retreat itinerary is full and designed, but if you want to explore beyond the villas, optional excursions are available through our local partner, Guanacaste Vacation Tours. More details to come.

The included transfer covers January 29 arrivals and February 3 departures only. If your flight lands on a different day, just let us know and we'll help you arrange your own transportation to the villa.
A $750 deposit per person holds your spot at MÖV Paradise. Deposits are non-refundable, so we ask that you book when you're sure you're in. Your room is confirmed the moment payment is received.
DEPOSit
Paying in full upfront isn't for everyone — and that's okay. We're happy to set up a monthly installment plan between your deposit and the October 15 deadline. Just reach out and we'll make it work.

Your remaining balance is due October 15, 2026. We'll send a reminder as the date approaches so nothing catches you off guard. Miss the deadline and we can't guarantee your spot.
FINAL PAYMENT
Before October 15: your deposit is non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to someone else or apply it as credit toward a future MÖV retreat. After October 15: no refunds or credits, as the villa has been paid in full on your behalf. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Latricia has been teaching yoga since 2011 and is passionate about helping her students trust, love, and know their bodies. In her class, you’ll learn how your body connects to your mind and spiritual energy, with plenty of opportunities to play freely and detach from the idea of perfection.

Carrie is known for delivering a challenging workout with a smile. Her classes are upbeat yet approachable, and her students love how strong and capable they feel afterward. When you practice with her, you can expect a dynamic playlist, solidarity, and a lot of encouragement.
