Our 200 hour Yoga Alliance–registered Teacher Training gives you a well-rounded foundation in yoga, whether you dream of teaching or simply want to deepen your practice. Built to Yoga Alliance’s new, elevated standards, the program explores functional anatomy, yoga philosophy and history, essential teaching skills, and professional development. Beyond postures, you’ll learn to understand your body more fully, connect with the wisdom of yoga, and, if you choose, step into the role of a confident, authentic teacher.
And you’ll do it your way. After building a shared foundation, you’ll specialize in teaching one of MÖV’s two signature styles: Classic or Flow.
This training is open to:
Students wanting to deepen their yoga practice
Anyone interested in anatomy, alignment, philosophy, and mindful movement
Individuals considering becoming yoga teachers in the future
Teachers-to-be who want to specialize in Classic or Flow hot yoga
200 HOUR TRAINING - Yoga Alliance Certified
MÖV Classic/Flow 200 HR
One training. Two ways to teach.
Every MÖV trainee starts on the same mat. You’ll build a shared foundation together, then specialize in the style you love most, and graduate ready to lead the class you’d want to take.
Classic — Posture + Pause
A set sequence with longer holds and focused breath work. You’ll master the series, sharpen precise alignment cues, and learn to hold a room steady.
Made for you if you love a grounding, consistent practice.
Flow — Breath + Movement
A dynamic vinyasa sequence that warms the body progressively, often set to music. You’ll learn to build creative sequences, smooth transitions, peak poses, and playlists that carry a class.
Made for you if you crave variety, movement, and creativity.
Not sure which style to specialize in? Our lead trainers will help you find your fit when it comes to which style to focus on during the training. The best way to learn more is by attending our FREE Online Zoom information session.

Both of MÖV’s signature hot yoga styles (Classic and Flow). All trainees learn the same foundations together, including anatomy, philosophy, cueing, and holding space, and tracks split up for the hands-on teaching work, posture workshops, practice teaching, and round robins.
Classic: a set sequence with longer holds and focused breath work. You’ll master the series, precise alignment cues, and how to hold a room steady.
Flow: a dynamic vinyasa sequence, often set to music. You’ll learn creative sequencing, smooth transitions, peak poses, and music integration.
Choose your track by January 1, 2027. Not sure yet? Try both styles in the studio and talk with Latricia or Kitty. They’re happy to help you find your fit.

Yes! When you complete the training, you’ll receive a *200-hour Certificate of Completion. MÖV is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS), so your certificate makes you eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200.
*Certification requires completing all contact and non-contact hours, assignments, and the teaching practicum, with tuition paid in full.” -
We are capping the training at 24 students total to provide a more intimate learning experience. With a 12:1 student-to-teacher ratio, we’re creating better access to the program leads so you receive more support and a higher-quality education. Some of the sessions will have MÖV teachers in attendance, which will make those sessions extra special.

The training runs February 12 through May 16, 2027, with:
6 in-person weekends: Fridays 4:00–8:30 PM, Saturdays 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, and Sundays 12:00–7:30 PM
7 Tuesday Zoom sessions: approximately 5:00–8:00 PM
75% of the 200 hours are covered with the above sessions. Expect to spend 3-5 hours a week of self paced work (reading, assignments, class observation, and practice teaching).
-
Life happens, and we understand. You can still earn your certificate as long as you complete all of the coursework. Any missed sessions, including weekends and Zoom sessions, must be made up before graduation. Lead trainers will assign make up work, which may include reading and reporting on a book, giving a presentation, taking a quiz, or completing a practice teaching.
Keep in mind that the more you miss, the more makeup work you’ll have, so plan to attend as much as you can.
