Rebecca will guide a gentle, mindful yoga flow with slow transitions and deep, cleansing breaths, encouraging presence and reverence in each movement. As the body softens, Molly will create a soothing soundscape with her singing bowls, filling the room with calming vibrations that support relaxation and release.
